At Ocodile, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If you decide to return an item, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. To start a return, just email us at care@ocodile.com. Once we’ve processed your request, we’ll send you a return label with the return instructions.
Refund Processing
After we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive a full refund, minus the return shipping cost, back to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds & Replacements for Missing or Damaged Parts
If your item arrives with missing, defective, or damaged parts, you don’t need to worry about returning the entire product. In these cases, we’re happy to issue a partial refund or send a replacement part to make things right. Just get in touch with us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
