At Ocodile, we truly want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.

30-Day Returns Made Simple

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To get started, just email us at care@ocodile.com.

Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll send you detailed return instructions. In some cases, we’ll provide a return label with no postage (that will be covered by you). In other situations, we may issue a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

If you arranged and paid for the return shipping yourself, you’ll receive a full refund for the product.

Missing or Damaged Parts

If your product arrives with a missing, defective, or damaged part, there’s no need to return the entire item.

We’re happy to either send a replacement part or offer a partial refund to resolve the issue quickly and conveniently. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
