Section 14 — Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products purchased from us, you and Davandi LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at care@ocodile.com. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Davandi LLC  agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service under its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND DAVANDI LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This means you may not bring a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
