1. What materials are your products made from?

Our products are crafted from a combination of mainly high-quality solid pine wood and birch plywood. We do not use MDF and particle boards.

2. Are the paints and finishes non-toxic?

Yes. All finishes used on our products are non-toxic, low-VOC, and safe for children's furniture, ensuring a healthy sleeping and playing environment.

3. What’s special about our products?

Every product we create is born out of a real parent’s need. It’s thoughtfully engineered with safety as a top priority and designed to look beautiful in your home.

We believe children’s furniture shouldn’t feel bulky or out of place — it should fit naturally into your space while enriching everyday moments with your little ones.

Shipping

4. Where do you ship your products from?

Our products are crafted from a combination of mainly high-quality solid pine wood and birch plywood. We do not use MDF and particle boards.

5. Do you ship outside the US?

At the moment, we only ship within the continental United States.

6. How long does delivery take and which carrier do you use?

We use Amazon’s fulfillment and delivery network to ship our products. Orders may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Depending on your distance from the nearest warehouse, delivery typically takes between 1 and 5 business days.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do. We offer free shipping to continental US on all our products.

Warranty

8. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All our products come with a 1-year all inclusive warranty.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

You simply have to get in touch with us at care@ocodile.com and provide the following:

  • Order ID of your purchase
  • Defect of your product
  • Photos of the defect if applicable

10. What happens if I'm missing product parts?

You simply have to get in touch with us at care@ocodile.com and provide the following:

  • Order ID of your purchase
  • Label of the missing part(s)
  • Batch Number of your product (found on one of the product parts if present)

We will take care of the rest.

Replacements

11. Do you offer replacement parts?

We do keep replacement parts at our partner warehouse in California and offer them when needed. 

12. Do I have to pay for replacement parts?

In case you received an incomplete or defective product we will cover the replacement part order. Simply get in touch with us at care@ocodile.com.

Returns

13. How long do I have to return my order?

You can return your product within 30 days of delivery.

14. Do I need a specific reason to return my item?

Not at all. But for a full refund we ask that the product is unused. If your item has been used and is damaged, please take a look at our warranty section for the best way to help you.

16. Will I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label and simply deduct the cost from your refund.
