Great quality stepstool and exceptional customer service

My daughter loves and uses her stepstool daily! When it first arrived, we were missing the gripper tape that goes on the top of the stool, so I called the company and Julia was a huge help - she immediately arranged to have the stickers sent to me and even followed up to make sure I received the package and that everything was ok.
