Bunk Bed Assembly
Step 1
Headboard & Footboard
Position Corner Post B on the left and Corner Post A on the right. The holes on E, F and G should be facing you.
Use 16 C bolts and 16 D barrel nuts.
Repeat the procedure twice. One will be used as the headboard and one as a footboard.
Step 2
Adding The Long Rails
To connect L-Up, L-Down and Front rails to a corner post you need
to use two H bolts with the corresponding D barrel-nuts and one WD
wooden dowel for mounting each rail to a corner post.
Step 3 - Ladder on the right
Ladder and Rails Assembly
Use 16 N bolt for ladder assembly.
Use 3 S bolts to attach Part K to parts T, U, U
Step 4 - Ladder on the Right
Attaching Parts to Bed
Use 4 V bolts to attach the ladder to the Front Rails.
Use 3 N bolts to attach rails T, U, U to the ladder.
Use an H bolt and a D barrel nut to connect the T rail to the B corner post.
Use an S bolt to connect K to the Upper Front Rail
Use 3 S bolts to connect K to the I and J Rails.
STEP 3 - Ladder on the Left
Ladder and Rails Assembly
Use 16 N bolt for ladder assembly.
Use 3 S bolts to attach Part K to parts T, U, U
Step 4 - Ladder on the Right
Attaching Parts to Bed
Use 4 V bolts to attach the ladder to the Front Rails.
Use 3 N bolts to attach rails T, U, U to the ladder.
Use an H bolt and a D barrel nut to connect the T rail to the B corner post.
Use an S bolt to connect K to the Upper Front Rail
Use 3 S bolts to connect K to the I and J Rails.
Step 5
Adding the Slats
We recommend using a Power Drill for this step.
Use two screws (Part X) for each slat (Part Y).
