Depending on the situation, we guarantee to:

✓ Provide a full refund if we can't reasonably resolve the issue another way

And yes...

Even if you accidentally break a part during assembly, we'll replace it.

What We Don't Cover

✓ Normal wear and tear

✓ Post-use cosmetic damage: including paint wear

✓ Product modifications

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may ask for:

1. Your Order ID (if the product wasn't received as a gift)
2. Photos of the issue or damaged part
3. The product Batch Number (found on both the packaging and the product label)
4. Your shipping address if replacement parts need to be sent

Warranty Eligibility Notice

Ocodile 5-Year Everyday-Use Warranty, effective June 1, 2026.

All products purchased on or after this date are automatically covered by our 5-year warranty.

Products purchased before June 1, 2026 continue to be covered by the 1-year warranty that was active at the time of purchase.
