If for some reason your product arrives damaged, develops a structural defect, or a part fails within 5 YEARS of purchase, we’ve got your back! 

How We Make It Right

Depending on the situation, we guarantee to:

✓ Send replacement parts free of charge

✓ Replace the product

✓ Offer an alternative solution

✓ Provide a full refund if we can't reasonably resolve the issue another way

And yes...

Even if you accidentally break a part during assembly, we'll replace it.

What We Don't Cover

✓ Normal wear and tear

✓ Post-use cosmetic damage: including paint wear

✓ Product modifications

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may ask for:

  1. Your Order ID (if the product wasn't received as a gift)
  2. Photos of the issue or damaged part
  3. The product Batch Number (found on both the packaging and the product label)
  4. Your shipping address if replacement parts need to be sent

Every warranty claim is reviewed by a real person, not an automated system.
